I see lots of things said here regarding a PO job. Yes the job is hectic , there will be stress But find me another job where this is not the case and if u have a better choice , just go for it while there is still time. If u guys fear working hard , this might not be the best job for u. But the situation is far better than pvt banks , if u r ready to work hard , u can manage things here fine. And those who have doubts in their minds regarding the job , please find a different one before joining the bank but do not discourage who are going to pursue banking as their career.

I am rather new here and rarely post, but lately i have been quite appalled at the negativity, vitriol and hate thats being spewed around while comparing jobs. I may not know nothing about either IBPS PO or Rbi Asst. but really guys, is bragging rights worth abusing each other and fighting for? Also, preferences differ for different people right? Some might find an hectic , yet higher paying job better than a comfortable, yet seemingly low growth one and vice versa. It's all relative and a matter of personal preference. Ppl who would want a career with rbi can choose rbi , and those who want Po can go with that. An empirical comparsion between the two is futile . Live and let live And be happy for others, please.
