I have heard many excusing high workload & stress & pressure of PO post vs RBI Asst, sayng that , those who want no stress go and sweep in World Bank. LoL , I have other options if you want to make more money with even little stress, just Bend Down on Ur Knees.
Whats wrong in comparing Jobs. When you buy new mobile, you will compare all specs and features na, the same goes here. PO= Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (explodes under some conditions, due to over work and workload) . RBI Asst or SSC = iPhone 7. Now dont say, Yes I want a Cracker Smartphone.
Jinka RBI Assitant and IBPS PO dono me hua, they're confused where to go. They then start fights among both the groups to get points which will help them in making decisions. Yahi ho rha 2 dino se. Isliye just shut up and mind your own business everybody.

PO vs SSC
Workload of PO's
SO vs PO
SBI vs IBPS
or whatever....
Before these discussions crept into, all of us were 'brother in arms' and now we are 'divided into camps'....have u ever thought or seen how this thing came up???
It's all bcz of SPAMMERS ( @Rajnikant_3.0, @hither_ti, @NIT_ka_vella etc etc)
and because of their continuous rants (negative comments about IBPS/ RBI/ IDBI),,,,we have landed here. where we fellow aspirants are fighting like pigs...
Everyone of us respected and fought for IDBI/IBPS/SBI/RBI, but now just while refuting these spammers we have fell the victim....
Grow up guys, identify these people, these are the same kind of people who u will find everywhere,,,,but we as educated class, need to identify and ignore them.....Dont fight among yourself and let these people mock you,,,,we dont know whether these are 3 different people or single person impersonating 3 id's.....
IGNORE, IGNORE & IGNORE these people in order give these people a befitting reply......Hope everyone understands and this thread comes back on track...

One more point I want to add from PO side that if u ask a RBI assistant what u have learned or in which department u r having experience then the answer will be "I don't know anything about this". This true my brother is working in RBI as assistant from 2014 batch.

As RBI assitant, you are willing to confine within a city and you are not willing to go to different places. You will not be getting opportunities to expand your knowledge to the desired level. You will feel in the long run that you have been confined within a cell. you will be a peon and do clerical work of RBI. It is like any normal office with only papers, files & computers everywhere This will be really disappointing.
If you are willing to get some image (it is only imagination and it is not going to serve any purpose which you will realise after some time) join as RBI assitant.
