Just wanted to add something to the ongoing debate (rather dispute) between RBI Assistant and IBPS PO. With due respect to all the PO guys here, it is not wise to laugh at RBI Assistants. Of course an officer is an officer and assistant has to work under an officer. But organization matters. Someone comes to you saying an officer scale 1 at gramin bank is better than an assitant at world bank is ludicrous.
After reading all post here I am motivated to study for SBI PO. I cleared IBPS PO and am excited to join as PO. Now tips tips for preparation for bank exam is as follows. #1 Read newspaper everyday 1 hour give attention to editorial more #2 learn by heart multiplication tables upto 20 byheart ; squares of numbers upto 50 learn by heart ; cubes of numbers upto 20 : percentage conversion table by heart. #3 do data interpretation 5 sets daily solve puzzles seating arrangement syllogism in output two sets daily practice mental addition mental subtraction and multiplication shortcut tricks daily. #4 take BA daily quiz on current affairs weekly learn banking awareness after 20 days start giving mock exams two sets daily most importantly analyse your performance this is the most essential step after few days increase the number of mock exams to 4 daily. Within two months you will be all set. Thank you. No need coaching. Please note that you can take daily quiz from many sites like AC or BA. Please give attention to the point 2 n 3. Most important.
And finally sab so jaate hai.. Chahe wo rbi ka ho allahabad bank ka chahe IDBI ka. Koi PO k khatre se aagah kr rha tha. Its better to earn nothing thn to open branch and fill water in glasses and earn money. Kisi ko free ki job chahiye .. kisi ko mehnat. But sab so gye.. comfort lies in SLEEP 😂😂😂

after reading all the posts regarding PO vs rbi assistants and whatever, now i want to add a great proverb of Nepolian "don't aim for the slave of heaven aim to be the king of hell"
A job is a job, where you get paid for giving up your precious time for the service of others. A clerk may have less work load, a po may have a little extra work load. But both get the payment according to their service. But I don't understand, why some people are comparing among various job profile, and your job can not be your social identity, be good and respectful to everyone. Remember those days, when we didn't have any job, we used to hear various kind of mocking voices, why we are trying to become the same??? Why?? If you want better salary, try harder.

Respect what you have achieved because you have given your all for it. Work much more harder to achieve something bigger, but never ever for once think that your job is better than the others, for you dont know how hard it must have been for the other to get that job. We must be humble enough to accept that we are not better than anybody, but must be wise enough to know that we are different from everybody.

Guys....this job wars have gone so for ...I don't have any problem with any job all I wanted to get a job po,ssc, rbi asst anything for that matter, a lot of people here are happy with their selection as a PO plz don't ruin their happiness by spreading negativity about PO post...and this debate is going on for last 3 days or so..jisko sahi lag raha hoga unhone aage ki strategy bana li hogi jisko nahi manana wo kabhi nahi maanga...so it's my sincere request ki stop this once for all..if somebody becomes confused and sad because of all this you will not achieve anything..so plz plz let peace prevail....thanks
