Just wanted to say one thing last year i was so much active in the po v group learnt many things from the group but than came the time which was between main marks display and the final day 1 april suddenly all things got change people started discussing reservation whole group parted in 2 ways one with reservation and other with general it went for 2 3 days contimously and at the end nobody wins and the group was freezed for 1 week so i request you to all please stop all this discussion it is a waste of time and energy it is a never ending topic and will only waste ur time...when last time this happen was surprised to saw all this thing and than people told me that it is a trend it is happening from.past 4 years and somhow i was feeling that it will happen again next year so i mad a bet with my freind and i have won....Though i am.not a active user like i was used to be but just saying that ot happen all the time and it will happen in future also and always will result in same outcome waste of time so ease ignore this and move on.........

guys i had worked in an oil field contract company in mumbai before this .but i have not showed it in my application for ibps PO . though for interview i presented a reference letter given to me by the client company engineer on his personal note pad to show the gap after graduation. will there be a problem for relieving letter on joining as i worked under a manpower company i won't get a letter like that.
P.s -Don't know whether i will make the final list. but need to know
any chance of increase in seats? genuinue reply plz

Most important thing is reserved candidate is preferred for getting allotment of his choice...that is the reason that reserved categories take very little seats of UR category but still UR category ppl do hue and cry. This is done intentionally to demoralize UR candidates who get doomed in the thinking of reservation and all. They lose their study and hard work and start focusing on 'Reservation' discussion. Be aware puys..specially UR ones. This is the TRUTH..believe it or not. (For every exam...focus on study thinking that all the seats of UR category are available to you..bcz No one..I repeat, No ONE give a damm to anything after they get selected for the job.)

With each passing day anxiety seems to be engulfing me with an even tighter embrace. The closer the result date comes, the more my past failures haunt me. Every tiny mistake which I can remember from my interiew day seems to get magnified each passing day and now seems colossal. Right from the faint good morning which may have missed the interviewers ears to not being able to find the simple interest orally, everything seems to take the nervousness a notch above. At times I feel I was confident in my interview and that this very confidence may help me sail through, but with each passing day of overanalysis the confidence which I had on that day seems more like foolishness. The fact that my parents know that I have a good score in my mains makes me all the more nervous. What if I fail in the interview? Gosh, I cannot even imagine how heartbreaking it would be for them. These last few days seem hard to pass by. A song by green day comes to my mind-"wake me up when september ends", only it's not September but March at the end of which I want to wake up. Anyone else having similar thoughts?
