This place is full of speculation about Idbi bank reducing vacancies to zero. Well I am an executive in Idbi.so, o have some news abt what's going inside. Idbi has produced a disastrous result this quarter with NPA going above 10%. Bank is reducing operational cost with cut in local conveyance approvals and stopping perks to grade c and grade d. But, the big news that would this result in ibps vacancy reduction is still not clear. Idbi has recruited manipal Po and executive this year, that's a different case as manipal Po join only after 1 yr and salary of 3 executives is equal to 1 Po. I have 65.75 in mains with decent interview. But if Idbi vacancies gets reduced to zero our chances will suffer and my dream of leaving Idbi will also be out of the window. So, pray guys that Idbi vacancies stay just to keep that cut off in check..

Yesterday in an interview Mr Jaitley has clarified that the Govt. is not in favour of privatisation of banks.Only they have talked about consolidation which is under process eg. Banks like SBI associates and then BMB


Later he also told that IDBI privatisation is under consideration which is not yet finalised ,that's its he said.


This means atleast for the time being no privatisation ,only consolidation in future....

Those who lost their RRB chance because of decrease in posts. Please raise your voice this. This is  going to happen in IBPS also, they will decrease the posts and will move for fresh notification through manipal. We have struggled a lot to get qualified, but their selfish greed making us this much of loss. Pease raise and support  us through
