When i was waiting for my turn outside the panel room during interview the peon there gave me a free advice to try for SBI PO. He said that growth is much faster in SBI and that his daughter is earning 95000 per month within 2yrs of her joining as PO. Is the growth really that fast in SBI???

Just wanted to share something last time in ibps po V thread on 1st april at 12 o clock the strength of that group reduced from 16k to 1k in 15 minutes becoz of high cutoff in provisional allotment pdf but what i think now by looking at the amount of insanity which is happening in this group that same thing will happen but not on 1 april but on just 2 3 days and only this insane and shameless people will only exists here.........seriously disappointed

Those who are curious about salary structure of PO want to give them a brief idea about it,You will get in hand salary around 35500 ,it may vary to 1000 rs as some metro allowance is there and i work in suburban so
Anyways Slary breakup
In hand -35500
NPS Deduction -4000 around
Canteen subsidy-300 per month (vary to bank to bank)
Medical allowance-8000 per year
House Rent-5000(SUB URBAN) (Again its vary )
Non petrol -800(variable)
Petrol if you show vehicle papers(20 litres)
Gross 43k around

2. watch tv series : suits, legion, daredevil

4. avoid negative thoughts : Do meditation ( achi timepass activity h )
5. go out with friends and celebrate holi..
6. study for SBI or any other exam ( 3 plus hrs is optimum just dont stress urself )

Other thing is this group belongs to IBPS PO. What is next to prepare in Ibps po ? Joining ?? Ask for salary, ask for HR policy , work culture. Who is stopping you ?
