1. yes, indeed - formula hain ...check kar lena phir bhi

2. regular octagon has all sides equal

thus, 6-2x = _/2x

so, 8x will be the perimenter

let it be T1+T2
so Put T = T1+T2 ..........u will get r=1.44,
