How many of you are waiting for the CAP results to resign? Did you already resign? I have one month of notice period and can't decide whether to wait for the results or resign now... Any valuable input will be appreciated. TIA CAT/X/XII/ENGG: 96.55/91.5/97.6/78.71 17 months of experience in IT in CAP form. Avg WAT and not sure of PI. They did not grill me and it lasted for 10-15 mins.
Is there a sequence for new IIM results? Or will all of them release their lists simultaneously? Or randomly!

For FMS Class x percentage will be for all subjects that appear in marksheets or for the main 5 subjects. Bcoz Iim consider all subjects just curious if FMS also does the same.?

In a big dilemma here, would appreciate if someone can provide some valuables insights to this. I'm working in a manufacturing company and have a notice period of 3 months to serve. Took CAT this year and converted colleges which I'm not inclined to join. Wait-listed in the college which I want to join. As per past trends, the WL should clear, but it's always dicey with these WL movements. The classes for this college start in first week of June, and even if I convert, won't be able to serve notice for 3 months. Should I wait for further movements or should I resign, reckoning on the WL movements in previous years? The position I am in, in the company, I have a lot of onus on me and my abrupt resignation might create a lot of problems for the company. Also, I'm afraid they'll let me leave or not, even if I wanna buy out my notice period. Hoping for pragmatic suggestions.

The main motive of conducting interviews is getting to know the candidate about how enthusiastic, confident he/she is and if he/she can fit in the institute but I have literally seen people learning newspapers and academics before an interview. You must be presenting a real you but if u are just cramming things that maybe asked is pretty silly because you are not presenting the real you . You are getting into an institute by being someone else . They need the person you became after 7th Jan not the one before that. This is shameful and funnily people are happy with it.
