** Not anything against anybody but just something that worries me** Being a engg. fresher with avg. acads and also gap, my safe bet was IIM udaipur.. I mean i knew if I can score well in CAT, atleast given the criteria that is something I can look for.. Now the criteria of udaipur is like that my score will be weighted against someone with highest score who applies to IIM udaipur.. my point is now i have heard someone with 100 percentile or should i say with score in 170s have appeared for CAP is what i have heard.. I mean its their right.. they have paid same fees as me.. But issue is they appear for it as a mock, what that does to mine score is makes the gap with people below me closer.. I have no choice but to do MBA this year.. I mean maybe i will convert but it will be a long wait and I even fear missing out even on my safe bet.. Its not something I am saying anything against anyone, I am just saying its a choice.. if you seriously have aspirations of only top 10 clgs or going to retake, opt out of IIM udaipur from next year.. you want to give CAP as a mock, select any clg which considers overall max CAT score.. your MOCK PI can be daunting to someone's real chances.. even when you can appear for that mock PI without harming some GEM fresher like me.. Please think this point with some thought.. and I am open to clarify why this is an issue for me.. through data.. and also if you have 99.9+ percentile with even decent acads.. not like me who needs 100 percentile for even calls from old IIMs.. you might atleast hope for converting FMS.. then why bother filling udaipur.. Thank You.

Bangalore PGPBA interviews - how long are they lasting? Mine went on for 35min and it was by FAR the most stressful, grilling interview I've ever given. Support vector machines, neural networks, hypothesis testing, programming languages, computer vision, sample vs population, measures of dispersion, internship, job projects, general discussion of AI - you name it. It was really fun, but I kinda panicked because of persistent laggy internet :( Zero current affairs, zero GK, zero extracurriculars - pure SOP, certifications, interest and workex. Really hope these guys make selections based on the background of a candidate and the actual interest, just saying.
