I am really interested in pursuing a career in Finance. 2+ years work ex as a derivatives trader. Out of these which would be the best option for core finance roles?

I got placed off-campus as a Business Associate in a startup in Banglore. The growth is very good. After 2-3 years, will be equivalent to an MBA graduate from a good B-school. Meanwhile, I got an offer from IMS (in my hometown) to join them as full-time faculty for QA and DILR. The pay is 2 times at IMS. Also, I will have enough time to prepare for CAT 2021 and improve on my verbal score. At the same time, the job at the startup is quite interesting. I will be working in every domain - from marketing to operations to finance. But the schedule is very hectic. 10-11 hours a day.
I always dreamed of A, B, C.
And now I am a bit confused, whether to join the startup and give CAT or join IMS and give CAT.

I have IMT-G (full time) offer in hand.
I have already appeared for MDI, SJMSOM, IIT kgp, IIT madras( on 27th), waiting for kanpur and CAP: avg interview :(
CAT 97.22 with acads (95/ 89.8/ 85.4) and 14 months workex, GEM.
Should I pay for IMT Ghaziabad? Or I might have a better convert with this profile?
Do any of the new/baby iims use percentile instead of cat score for final merit list calculation?
