Why do you think IIM Shillong should be added to BLACKI

It has quality faculty
It has placements as good as K,L,I
It has a beautiful campus and a great peer group
It has started doing chutiyapanti just like the old IIMs

I am a GEM candiate with CAT percentile 97.94 and verbal percentile 45.94. Can someone suggest good colleges that I can apply to keeping in mind my very low verbal score? Are Tapmi, fore any good?
