I have an apology to make. I was just going through a couple of posts where somebody had vented their frustration out in the comments section because the post sounded as if the poster was not happy with what he had, though he had more than many others. And then I realised that I've been guilty of the same mistakes. I had bitched about difficulty in filling forms and unlucky interview dates, while there were others who had worked harder than me, scored more than me but did not get the calls they deserved. I sincerely feel bad, I feel like a Karen, putting my smaller troubles over that of others. To all others who felt that I was being thankless, and by being so was unappreciative of what I had, I am really sorry. PS: I hope this post does not look like it's about what I have, because there are many who have better and I am not trying to show off by any stretch of imagination.

According to multiple "reports", the GEM cutoff for Shillong is 98.61 (Me).
While I am happy about making the cut, can I realistically convert (being possibly the last one in the line)?
Feeling pretty nervous about this.
Of all the rejects i have faced till now, this IIM Shillong reject hurts the most and maybe will hurt for a very long time. Its all game of small margins and safe to say i got rejected by the tiniest of margin there is (0.3x scaled score). But chuck it. This is life and it happens :))
Most probably will be back again next mock season with improved goals and aspirations.
I hope you all end up converting your best calls of the season. :)
