From this year on - in case you haven't understood the clear trend - higher percentiles and better profiles will be sent to DCP first - because they are trying to make it the flagship course at IMT-G because of placement reasons - DCP placements are actually doing better - Companies and Countries from EMEA region are paying much higher salary for much better profiles probably why they are taking this step.
So they are considering this the best call - I am sure you have a good cat score and overall profile otherwise you wouldn't have managed this call.
Just to give you a hint - DCP's highest placement is IMT-G highest placement this year at 30 Lakhs Per Annum for an International Marketing roles - and comapanies like Airtel, Nomura, Aircel, Tata, Mahindra, Emami, P&G; are not fools - They select candidates very carefully in the long run.

wen I went for intvw , 1 guy was saying Infy recruited around 100 from IMT , don't know if its true...
IMT has started loosing charm since they started taking 600 for Ghaziabad campus

They are trying hard anyways!! Heard their marketing used to be good!!! they were marketing imt hyderabad during the admission process and now they are marketing DCP... !!! 😲

I have NITIE on 5th. I had enough of travelling da. It will be my 13th interview.

me too... btw they screwed me in interview... i am gettin good marks in gd... (insider info... 😉 ) daaa actually scmhrd eniyum move aville..??? so many institutes gonna release lists na... but avarude process atra transparent alla.. managements seats kore unde.. :)
