Infact u can opt for Free OS(operating System ) too.
Just enquire if it's come with free os too. It will cost you Less and you will be free to install any version of Windows as well Vista or 7 if reqd.

I'm not sure if the i1564 is the inspiron 15R or inspiron 15. Either ways you can enter the configuration details and find out the price here.
Also, please make sure you get international warranty which will ensure you can buy accidental in India. Although, warranty bought separately is pretty costly so you may just lose the cost advantage.

I have bought Dell Inspiron 14R .. with 320 GB harddisk .. I have some queries related to it .. Well, one .. it has just a single drive (C drive) , so, is it ok to have a single drive or shud i make new drives on my own ? .. And second .. the total memory it is showng in C drive is 288 - 290 GB .. i mean, this loss of 30Gb , why it is ?? ..

Im going for Dell inspiron 15R - costing around 34k inclusive of taxes and delivery charges. Wanted to know about 1-year accidental cover warranty - is it required as such?? Some people are discouraging me from taking that cover, it has lot of terms and conditions which needs to be fulfilled before availing that warranty.....so its not of much use...im confused...
