Manipal 2016: after 45 days of last interview, final list has came and within 1 week ,first list candidates have to be joined. 2nd list candidates have to wait for 3 months.

is this course in manipal( everybody is so hyped about) easier than engineering ,difficult than it or its just that people who failed didn't studied on average ,were  careless and now everybody is freaking out when the results are out

I was not having 10th passing certificate at the time of document verification so they asked me to fill a form. I filled that form and submitted to them. Can anyone tell me when i have to submit that?
