Today 9:30 batch....gd topic..yoga sud b made mandatory in schools....in pi random questions asked....from some candidate only technical, only banking, only personal, from some mix...from computer background question on topology, database, etc...from commerce background questio were from finance... from physics Hooke's law was asked...who do not spoke in gd from them about that topic was asked...almost nothing from mechanical civil engineering...my best moment was when they gave tea samosa chips sandwich gulabjamungulab jamun bisleriBisleri😎
For me chennai mylapore on 13july ..pi easy ,gd need to think spontaneously relate to GA ..dont dominate others during gd and dont interrupt when others are tell their opinion , one guy irritated their ...did anyone know how many marks for gd?
During document verfication, they asked me to bring centeral level cast certificate (ST) at the time of admission if i get selected. I have state level cast certificate(DELHI).is this necessary??where i can get centeral level ST cast certificate? Venue : CP, Delhi

My gd topic : Digitalization a compulsion or opprtunity. i took the initiative to open the discussion and inbetween spoke around 4 times. my interviews : Entered the room "May i come in please" greeted everyone ..female first and than all males in one go with eye contact. throughout the interview i had good eye contact with all and a smile on face. M1 : where are you from ? me : answered M2 : how many member in your family? me : answered in detail with my father working in sbi and sister as well.. M1 : why you want to jon bank? me : sir i already have 2 years of experience in banking, so would like to continue in banking industry. M3 : than why you left your previous organisations? me : gave a satisfactory answer, as my previous bank was becomming UK centric and i wanted to pursue my career in indian banking industry as i have more scope here if i stay in india. M4 : what is banking ombudsman? me : answered M3 : what is BCSBI ? me : dont know ( straight no..because i literally couldnt recall) M4 : so if we select you will leave our organisation as well? me : answered saying i wont leave as for me banking is a adventurous career and i always wanted to pursue my career in banking and this is a good opportunity to pursue my dreams. ok thankyou and i left. Note : i am a b.tech + mba grad with 2 yrs experience in banking.. so what do you think guys?
