1st of all i would like 2 thak u 4 taking out time n repling 2 so many queries.
1).are the cut off for freshers and one hving work ex same?
2).as you mentiond tat there will be sec cut off so tat would b fixd before SNAP or after..according 2 the performance of candidates.
3).if it is fixd before SNAP can u plz tell us OR if it is decided after SNAP then can u plz tell us last yrs sectional cut off.........
IT WOULD HELP ALL OF US TO PLAN THE TIME MANAGEMENT STUFF FOR SNAP WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT.

hiiii..sir....just need to ask that a person wid a mere graduation in b.com(h) wid 50.6%....is hving how much chance of getting in symbiosis..... a credible chance or a doubtful chance.... very tensed.....actually what profile did symbiosis generally recommend.... should smone wid such profile appear for snap.....need ur suggestion sir....... professional qualification is also there CA(CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT).. ca-inter.....and worked in home business for one-year.........plzzzzz...help..sir

I have been an average performer in the Quants section in every test. Honestly,I didn't fair well in this section in the CAT exam too. The very fact that there's a sectional cut-off in SIBM has taken away the confidence of getting through SNAP which I previously had !! I have the basic knowledge of every topic in Quants but I am unable to apply them in questions of CAT level...It's too late to ask but do you think with the basic knowledge I will sail through the sectional cut-off?

i have good acedmics in 10th,12th,and graduation.
i have many acheivements at school level,at dist level and state level in debate etc.would it be help and can i show my social work also,i has been doing volunteering in social work from my childhood.
pls tell me with all this and with snap score could expect a call from sibm?

I appreciate that since we are going by sectional cut offs this year it will be difficult for students to comprehend. The bottom line is that please ensure that you devote equal time for all sections. The cut offs will be based on a minimum number and not percentile. Hope this clears you doubts. SIBM considers work ex only after graduation. You have to clear your SNAP and all your achievements will be given due weightage during GD/PI. Best of luck.

Go to Hyderabad center 2 hours before SNAP alongwith all receipts and SNAP ID and register there. The address for SNAP at Hyderabad is:

Actually the sectional cutoffs will benefit you more as you can work more in the areas of strength as compared to an overall cut off where you can end up losing even though you had answered other sections well. Best of luck and I am sure you will sail through comfortably.

1. SNAP is same for all regardless of experience.
2.Cutoffs will be decided only after the SNAP results are out.
3.Last year we had one cutoff at 83.75, this year we will have sectional cutoffs.
