**** A FREE ADVICE****

I know SOME OF you guys are waiting eagerly for the WAITLIST results of new IIMs and that includes me too. But here I want to inform you guys about something. 

If the new IIMs is the only option you guys have got among the top 25 colleges and you are very much desperate to pursue MBA this year, then & then you should be joining new IIMs. Otherwise, just leave New IIMs and prepare for next year if you have time. Trust me, these New IIMs are not worth it. My suggestion would be to crack CAT again or attempt your best at IIFT, XAT or SNAP again. New IIMs are highly overrated. I have some of my friends currently studying there and they provide me very sensetive inside information regarding real scenario of placements at these colleges. I thought I should share this with you all. Rest its up to you guys to do whatever you wanna do.

PS: GEMs should join new IIMs if in case they get any of the New IIMs converted. Because IMO, GEMs should not risk much by investing one more year. Because success ratio is too low for them. Otherwise everyone should try once more with all the management entrance exams once again instead of joining these lame colleges.

Can anyone here tell me why to choose IIM Ranchi PGP over IIM Udaipur PGP. The sole reason which i found was placements/market reach. Other than that i think Udaipur is just a notch better in all aspects. Correct me if I'm wrong. But i see all the people here opting only for Ranchi in almost all the polls. What am i missing here?
