it's not THAT obvious my man!! I felt better presenting my candidature at SCMHRD compared to SIBM. At SIBM, the process became so mechanical I had to literally bounce of my seat to bring in some life!!! It was as if everything was pre-determined, this much marks for this thing and so on!! Plus, virtually no room for extra-curricular!! yeah right!! Guess that's for dim wits like me for sure 😛 Had a more subdued yet more fulfilling experience at SCMHRD. Got great chance to express myself freely in front of the Director! well...'twas good! Memorable I say

Similar experience here too Buddy...If u read my previous posts ...thats precisely wat even i said
@ SIBM ...d intrvw barely lasted 8-9 Mins and they aksed very generic questions ..dey did nt ask anything from their own ANNEXURE ...neither any questions pertaining to ACHIEVEMENTS,VERSTALITY et al ( so my worst fear of Luck+ GD coming into play came true)...Infact the adcom did nt even verify the co curricular activities' certifics..In short...I felt as if I did not get the real platform to prove my Mettle
d case was just reverse @ scmhrd...15+ mins intrvw...dey asked several questions relating to job, achievemnts, difficulties in life and general questions....d adcom did VERIFY the certifics
so...dey gave a decent CHANCE
and lets carry the second part f d discussn on PM ....collg comparison not allowed here on PG

hmm....people did surround be to flush out details...they were seniors! why were they so inquisitive anyway? HR people i guess..lol. But i was really sick and had to take some tabs...they were magic!! I don't think there were marijuana in them..lol

i have 70% in my 10th 58% in 12th and i graduated B.tech I T with 66% and am currently prparing for CAT 2013 and SNAP all i want to know is that companies that come to SIBM
have some eligblity creteria regarding 10th or 12th because this screwed me at lot of places durin engineering as well i'll b thankful if someone from SIBM can enlighten me.
