I would suggest you call SIU and report the website which has published data about double fees and management quota. I am sure SIU will take strict action against them.

@Aniket97 one has scored 104.25 with %tile 94.84 ,another two with %tiles 95.0x with 106.06 and one with 104.75
@alankar70: From the looks of the score-percentile combinations that you have posted, there doesn't seem to be any problem with them.

This thread was started in 2009. The Management quota was abolished in 2010. This forum is for students seeking admission through merit only. If you have any more queries regarding back door entry please get in touch with the university.
@sparshithp Please refer official sites of SIU for any information regarding the same. Pagalguy forums are opinion based. In case of official information, ask the concerned people.

Wow dude chill ....I am not trying any back door methods ....I saw that thread and thought it was a legal method to get admission ...how was I supposed to know it was abolished ..
@Aniket97 , @vaibhavp : hi guys. actually thought this may be of use to you. people are mentioning discrepancies in score-percentile here. But the fact is that none of us know our scores and the sectional percentage that is given to us is supposedly not wrt the section maximum marks but wrt the highest score scored in that section (read this somewhere). Hence these "discrepancies" are not really discrepancies.

thought i would clarify for the sake of everyone

i just cant understand one thing if the organization has presented its result in terms of percentile so why are we focussin in score..because its quite obvious that cutoff this time would also be based in terms of percentile rather thans scores...so it would be better if we could suffice ourself interms of percentile rather than assumption or scores...

@aviewtoakhil can u plz tell at what time SIBM P shortlist would be displayed on 17th of Jan...I hav 95.96 percentile....what are my chances..???

@vaibhavp

Could you breakdown the weightage of factors that SIBM Pune considers for final evaluation post GE/PI/
cant seem to understand how a person got 120 marks got 98.6xx % and anothe one at 119 marks 98.8x % . Is it possible ?
@catzee this is not correct. %age reflects marks out of total marks
any idea when SIBM-Pune and SCMHRD will be out with the their respective list ?
what was the last year treand

@yadavsourabh89 SIBM Pune Website says 17th Jan......

But SNAP Website says SIBM will display on 3rd week ( 1 week ) after SNAP result...

how can a person with lower mark get higher percentile ???

@ankuragrawal198: Speculations or not, people take stuff posted here quite seriously and it might have a few undesirable consequences. Please refrain from posting any such data on this public forum as I am pretty sure we do not exact nos for any of the above mentioned exams.
Aniket bhai relax kijiye !!
I meant no harm, clarifying - these are mere speculations when I enquired a head of a leadin training insti.. Thought this might kind of give a guideline. I am sure this is something nobody can confirm.. If rqd I wil take my post off !!
