As far as i know, They would deduct only Rs. 1000/- this is as per AICTE guidelines. But you have to write them an application seeking withdrawal of admissions. Then your admission is canceled and you will get your re-fund in 3-4 weeks. I dont know abt the mode of refund as in Check DD etc.

totally agree with you bhai....... jo log saraswati ko "kick" maarte hain na ek na din woh kick unko bahut jor se lagti hai... aise lagti hai k kisi ko batane ke layak nehin rehte hain....

Guys pls... if @gs4890 used the word KICK it might have offended you but it doesnt mean it will offend everyone. Neither he used it on someone neither he said anything to u. @vision_twist bro u also used Rap* word on him too. @abhinav_insane :I request everyone to please do not malign any course , or any other college for that matter.Everyone has to make his own decisions. Also endterms exams are going on in NMIMS, so we all cannot look into every matter.Alos instead of posting messages that are of no use to anybody ,please keep the thread meaningful so it of use to those who are looking for information.

@all You guys have made a mockery of the whole MBA admission procedure and all of you have succeeded in totally defeating the purpose of this whole forum. False accusations, poor language, aspirants whole claim they have done alot of "research", it is actually sad to see where the future of MBA lies.


Ppl claiming huge EMIs over a course of n number of months , please do yourself a favour, do not join any MBA course at NM atleast. You are the same person who claims to have done relevant research, dude please come back on earth and realise that even getting into Core does not guarantee you a placement which will take care of your EMIs. You probably have no clue, but students in core have to face excessive competition, what world are you living in ??? Barring the first 100 odd placements, it is an out and out fight for ppl to get good placements. Come back on earth, stop blaming CM and BM and i dont know what else. And are you a professional councellor ??? Who the hell has given you the right to malign courses, "kick" courses etc etc. People here are mature enough to decide what is right and wrong for them. Stop making a fool of yourself.

About scope in CM and BM, guys whoever told you these courses are niche, knows absolutely nothing about these courses. For people in finance CM is probably the most well designed courses around, if you study properly through two years of MBA you dont need any CFA L1s and L2s etc. Maybe the start with CM is slow but the future prospects are awesome and there is absolutely no restriction as far as its relevance and importance goes in the financial sector.

Banking Management is an excellent course for people who are willing to join the banking industry.

People who have worked hard have passed out with very nice placements, if anyone of you lacks the confidence that they wont be able to perform even above average then even an admission at Harvard will not give you any fruits, leave alone NM core or something.

Grow up guys, dont make a travesty of this whole thing.

all of you, stop acting like kids and dont make a mockery of this whole forum. Stop maligning courses and ppl who have problems with loans, please dont go for anything less than the top 5 colleges and also make sure you are in top 20 percent there, NM core or CM or BM have nothing to offer to you.


People who think that admission into core gives you a sure shot great package are living in an alternate reality, come back to earth. The competition is killing, barring top 100 placements, there is a real fight for good placements so please make an informed choice.

ANd about CM and BM, CM is an amazing course for anyone into finance, it is total rubbish if someone suggests that it restricts your future prospects, something which cannot be farther from the truth. The start maybe slow but the course is extremely versatile, one can enter almost any field of finance once they are done with the course, and by done i mean they have put in genuine efforts during the 2 years.

About BM, an excellent course for anyone who wants to make a career in the banking industry.
