What do u mean by "this kind of response"...What I meant was that we are disclosing the placements figures during our doubt clearing session of the selected candidates (at TISS during PIT - PI). I wont be able to tell u the exact figures here...SO whats the point in saying "It was good"...

The TISS seniors were really transparent about the Placement related queries we had when we went for the interview.
We interacted with seniors who told us about their Summers and finals.
So if they maintain a policy of not giving out placement details on Pagalguy, lets respect that.
Trust me, the numbers are very respectable. And ROI is probably unmatched by most colleges.

Just wanted to know abt placement if not for this yr then last year's thats all. Many of us may not be knowing about that policy stuff. Generally TISS do not publish its placement reports. For that matter it neither participates in B school rankings as we consider ourselves as doing "Master of Arts" and not MBA
But last year , HR course did publish its summer placement report. Its some where like 45K per month ( on top of it most companies did provide for Airfares and accomodation for the initial few days)
Final package for our senior batch ( 2010-12) is 13.3 ( this is approx fig as there is no placement report )
TISS has advantage over other colleges when it comes to placements owing to its small batch size and relations it forged over decades .........
All the biggies that would ever recruit for HR profile will have Tissians in them ( including that one company from switzerland which offers highest international package in another top notch HR college in east India- Infact this year(2013 batch) they made the only PPO they made to a TISSIAN )

summary sheet is just ur call letter...what is a must is the DAF..u can make do without the summary, but not without the DAF...all other docs like CV are optional...we are talking 20-25 minutes here for each interview...there is only so much the panelists can give attentiion to in this time!
my written and interview for hr were on the 9th.......essay was fine.......but my pi lasted only for some 10-15 minutes....i wonder what i did to deserve that.... perhaps shortest time among all my peers that day.....khair its all done.....besides the interview panel was quite affable....i thought i would be grilled ....bein a fresher they would take me to task.....but the discussion went on to books nd a few things abt my ug course.....but it was like 10 some minutes.....either they got he's good to go....or a complete gone case .....

As u might have observed during interviews that TISS has different schools and each school further have different programs . Though we have interaction with students at personal level , seriously do not have idea on placements and stuff
w.r.t climate change course i do not even know any one from that course
