I had paid online, now for sending the XLRI form its written that send them in the special envelope in the prospectus....
but since i have paid online i dont have the prospectus right now....

the XLRI admmission part says
The candidate has to enclose the duly completed XLRI PA Form and photo copies of 10th, 12th and graduation certificates (or latest mark sheet of papers/years completed till date) and SC/ST certificate (for SC/ST candidates only) through courier/registered post/speed post in the special envelope given inside the prospectus. XLRI PA Form along with transaction receipt and photo copies of the educational certificate should reach the Admissions Office, XLRI, Circuit House Area (East), Jamshedpur-831001 within seven days from date of online payment made. Candidates are advised to keep a photo copy of all the forms that they send to XLRI for future reference.
So, where is the photo thing written

need ur help.. I have made the payment via axis bank and sent XLRI's copy to them on the 24th November via SPEED POST.The people at the post office claim it has reached and it takes a max of 3 dayz or so..
Still I havent heard from the XAT ppl.. I called dem up on their helpline, no one is pickin up da fone since yesterday evening.. today one woman picked it up n she herself has no idea of wat shez speakin... She sed if we dont receive it, it will be sent back to your house.. ! how disgusting ! Also she sed that other candidates who have sent the XAT envelopes are yet to receive a confirmation.
Then she transferrred my call to a guy, he said that u wil hav to wait till the 30th nov or 3rd Dec to know about the Application status.. I sed what if u dunt get it den ? He replied sayin we have a lot of formalities of scanning,cropping blah blah stuff before we process ur docs..
So ne of the puys facing the same problem ? Please let me know. I rilly dunno why the XAT ppl are messing it up dis tym...

yaa im facing the same problem.. moreover at the end of tab" download PP form" its not written dat u have to send ur certificates of the all board exams.so i send PP form wid photo only.N its seem realy very disappointing dat being one top most b-school of India dey r so much irresponsible abt the applicants.u so lucky dat sum1 atlst rcvd ur call.i hav called more dan 200 tyms dey din even bother to rcv d call n help me out.n now i constantly got msgs frm XLRI dat dey havnt rcvd d application form yet.I askd d courier while he is saying it has been already rcvd by dem n i chkd d XAT application status ... its showing dat d Form is in under process.now wat we ppl wil do?dere is no 1 to give d proper info.moreover i hav applied already 2 colleges which r accepting XAT scores dat means if i wont b able give my XAT xam all dat applications of dat 2 colleges wil b cancelled.Dis XAT authorities r really confusing the applicants.donn kno wat to do.seriously im very much confused n tensed 😞

yaa xactly i also din c newhere dat dey hav mentioned abt it.but in dis website i saw evry1 is discussing abt certificates 😐 n ya if i wont able to giv d exam i wil face d same prblm.hope fr d best.
Well Trisha, I dun think XAT ppl demand for ne certificates.. its onlee wen u apply for XLRI.. And im in a worst case scenario.. My sibm pune payment hasnt reached either.. I wonder y its happening ! 😞

you dont have to send the forms in any special envelope. its a typing mistake
I too received messages stating that my application had not reached the XAT office, I had sent them on Sep 2, way back over 2 months ago. Just to be on the safer side, I took another print out of my PA and PP form and sent them again yesterday, I would advise others to do the same.
I registered for XAT online and also made the payment online...
My application status says that : Your application has been successfully submitted...
Then I received the XAT Bulletin a few days back and in that it was written that those who have applied online need not send any form separately...
This is when I got confused
...
Now please help me out puys... Whether those who have applied online need not send both form with the bulletin and the PP Form... Or I still need to send the PP Form in any case...
ive forgot to paste my photo on the pay in slip in XAT form...but ive attached d photo in the form itself...xat helpline aint working...is it 'dangerous' sending the XAT form without a photo on the pay in slip..plz reply at the earliest

Optimus Prime SaysIs it ok if i send the application 2 weeks after the date of dd.I know its mentioned that we should submit it within 7 days.But why does it matter,since any dd is valid within 6 months of its receipt
