What he meant here was multiple choice questions for which you get 2 hours and your XAT percentile is calculated on the basis of your performance in these 120 minutes. After that 20 minutes are for writing the essay.

( arent' we suppose to send any photograph with the completed xlri form ???(there isn't any particular provision as was there in the xat form.....urgent plz.....)

There would be a checklist on the back of the form, if it is mentioned there you have to, if its not you don't need to.

I registered for XLRI through axis bank. I think I sent a part of that challan, the PA form with my photo affixed (there is a space for that) and all my graduation mark lists' photocopies (this is asked for).

i ve purchased the xlri brochure from axis bank via pay-in slip and it din;t have any spot for affixing the photograph.( the pay-in slip for xat had it ..though....) ( r u sure u r talkin abt the the XLRI PA form.....i suppose u might be talkin abt the XAT PA form) n i ve verified from the checklist at the back of the form(as suggested by himanshu).....there isn;t a mention regarding the photograph....
I really doubt u appeared for XAT, as u do not even know dat XAT is a 140 min paper which includes three sections of 40 minutes each which counts to 120 minutes and one essay writing of 20 minutes. so total time period is 140 minutes.

Payment Mode AXIS Bank Payment Received by XAT Yes
PP Form/ Pay in Slip Received Yes
But my photo and signature has not been uploaded.I believe it will be done only till 5th and I ahve to update it before 15th.I ahve called the helpline 1000 times but noone answers it.Can anyone please suggest what is to be done?

Sorry if this question keeps popping up again and again, but:
1) Do I have to wait for the XLRI prospectus to arrive to post my PA form to XLRI? Or will a plain white envelope be sufficient?
2) I have paid online, do I still need to send a transaction receipt with the PA form?

Send the form in a plane envelope. I too paid online and sent form in a plane envelope with necessary docs. U have to send transaction receipt with form.
I was fillin in the XLRI form today.somehw...my final PAy in slip(payin thru AXIS BANK) shows that BANK centre is HYDERABAD MAIN....though i live in chennai...and i filled CHENAI MAIN BRANCH as the paymeny Centre.it has cum out as hyderabad main.....wat shud i do nw......
I called at XAT office tey tld to write a letter to the bank incharge stating u hav selected the wrong branch by mistake and you wil get the bullet in......the lady over the phone told tat it dusnt matter wat is there in the slip printed..it just matters as to wat we fiil in the detachable form..

After taking prinout of form for XLRI and XAT ,I went to axis bank. They didnt have forms for XAT but had of XLRI . They told XAT will come in 2 days. So , I purchased XLRI only . Now they say forms wont come again of XAT and i cant re-register as the other application will have diff reg number. I dont want to waste my 1600 rupees. The Helpline people dont receive the call either.
. shall i send these things in normal envelop ?
