I hav filled up d XAT Form on 27th oct but some personal reasons i paid online on 15th of nov.now at the PP Form I got the date of payment as 27th oct.moreover according to the XAT regulations u have to send ur PP form widin 7 days. now wat to do?can u plz help me out.i just donn want to miss dis XAT exam at any cost

It has been mentioned before also in this thread...the day you send the form does not matter as long as you are sending it before the last date !! So chillax and just dispatch it asap.!!

For XL, you have to send the photocopies.

Do I need send the photocopies of my marksheets with the PP Form for XAT exam?
lingaraj@mba09 SaysPlease restrain from posting unauthenticated information.The exam is just round the corner and it creates unnecessary confusion.....Pls double check before posting anything regarding xat.You can contact the XAT helpline for that matter.

I am a regular visitor of this site for years (days when pagalguy didn't even existed). They have been providing quality content over the years.
I would suggest u guy better put ur queries as comments at the end of that particular article and let their expert team clarify on the issue. This would be a mature move indeed, rather than just deciding on urself.

I can understand the confusion being created but I seriously doubt the authenticity of the data presented. In the article it is stated that XAT lasts for 140 mins....As far as I can remember, it was for 2 hours (120 mins) since the past two years. If you need to know the breakup of the no. of questions from each area (as a lot of people are pming me) better refer to http://media.careerlauncher.com.s3.amazonaws.com/xat/XAT_2010_Analysis.pdf. This was an authentic analysis of XAT 2010 and would give you all a thorough understanding of the pattern of the paper. For any specific query you have the pm button

if you will see the 5th page of your link, its written 20 minutes essay. so its 140 minutes

XAT also tests you on essay writing and 20 min is stipulated at the end of the 2-hour
test period to write a page-long essay. The topic for this year was:

I have seen previous posts and go some indication that we have to send photocopies of marksheet ....but when i see in their flowchart diagram then there is no menton of marksheet but only PA form and online recipt is to be sent........

I really doubt u appeared for XAT, as u do not even know dat XAT is a 140 min paper which includes three sections of 40 minutes each which counts to 120 minutes and one essay writing of 20 minutes. so total time period is 140 minutes.

One request to everyone, do not put any info here until you are 100% sure about its authenticity. People would take this data as base for there preps and making final strategy for the exams.

he might be mentioning the exam pattern with out considering the essay time
he not only wrote XAT but converted his call (see below his avatar)

we need to be sending photo copies of 10th,12th and b.tech along with xlri application form
its not required with xat form
