i dont know if XISS is possible or not with this score..actually i dont think u should be sure about score given by various institutes...but if one wants to go for XISS do it soon...as late date to apply is 31st jan...!!!

My online payment got stuck, I sent everything again through post with DD.
Its been almost 2 months.
The results are about to come.
Have been continuously following up at XLRI but no concrete response.
I called today, was told to called on Monday.
Have sent approx 15 emails and 4 posts.
Anyone who had the same problem and solved it, pls tell me what to do.

call the xlri office n give them ur xat id they will confirm it for u . e-mailing doesnt work. also people have only just started getting their xlri prospectus. so u shld be fine

Do we have essay writing in XLRI ? or wht rounds do we have in PMIR ? Read somewhr ki they ask on labour laws ..any good reference for labour laws and interview tips for XLRI .

can u please share how PMIR is diff from BM in XLRI in terms of importance , placement & package . Why does PMIR seeks a lower OA cutoff ?
and do we have GD/PI for PMIR/BM ?
PMIR is a specialized course, i think the name has been changed to HRM now, keeping with the time the course is also updated to keep u ahead of others.
The placement, package figures are never mentioned for PMIR or BM seperately as per policy. Once u r in XL u dont have to worry abt placements.
PMIR and BM both are designed for different set of students and so the screening process is also lill diff. Last yr we had GD/PI for PMIR and only PI for BM. Both are good courses, it just depends on your calling, wht u like.
Hope XAT results will be out soon, and the best will get through......

yes there is essay writing but that already has happened.
PMIR till last yr had GD/PI, hope they go with same this yr. N yes u might be asked for labout laws, if u know gud for u. Remeber best HR course in asia will not take u just like that....... (if u r experinced thn it is gud if u know abt ur company policies)
Interview is still far, till the results are out N-joy
