Underwriting:

Underwriting is associated with the Data Entry process. It involves accepting the proposals, signing and issuing of policies, enter, access and retrieve financial data using the Computer, to write business correspondence and to gather relevant financial data.

Claims:

The name itself denotes that it deals with the legal and non-legal phase of insurance claims of the customers and settling them. It involves preparing & reviewing the insurance claim forms and other associated documents, calculating the claim amount, organizing and working with detailed office or warehouse records, attaching the information concerning to the claim file, providing instructions to the customers regarding the methods to proceed with the claims or providing referrals to auto repair services, renewing insurance policy for determining the coverage and to transmit claims for payment and further inquiry.

Accounts:

Accounts job will take care of various financial transactions and process regarding the payments, preparation of balance sheets and accounting transactions etc.

The probation period for NIACL Assistants:

The shortlisted candidates will work on a minimum of 6 months of probation period. And within the period, the performance of the employees will be evaluated and average or low performing employees’ probation period will be extended for a period as required by the company. The candidates who quit at some point in the probationary period and also whose services are terminated by the company itself at the same period will be liable to pay the amount equivalent to the remuneration paid and a sum of Rs 25,000 towards the partial cost of training.
