Heya ppl.....Yep...the BIG one's here folks....it's on the 4th and 5th of November...We had a meeting with MVF today.....And we have been assigned the responsibility of taking care of the public addresses on 5th November....Err...Public addresses here translating to an audience of atleast 3k!!! It's gonna be held in Lalitha Kala Thoranam In Hyderabad's Public Gardens...Us folks shall anyways be there on both days, just that we shall be taking complete responsibility for the said addresses.....So naturally, we would need as many people as can for the 5th...... Please do let me or Hobbes know of your availability....and yea, in all probability we shall also be having a stall..... so we also would need people to man that and yes, there's a surprise part involved in all this.... for knowing that, thou shalt have to be there on 4th

The International Conference turned out to be MUCH bigger than what we had anticipated....International delegates from around 30 countries and Indian representatives of various multi-lateral agencies were present....But the biggest surprise for us was the presence of almost 5000 volunteers from MVF :!: :!: The venue was jam-packed....Yours truly and Uday and Allwin were there for most of day 1......Day 2 was when we had to manage a coupla sessions of public addresses...Thankfully, it all went off quite smoothly.....

At the end of the day, really felt good that we as a group were associated with something as big as this conference
