Thts a gr8 initiative..Nice to see so many of u veteran gods chippin in fr something worth....
I have joined PG very late...gave my sec attempt at CAT this time...got a meagre 87....No offense to all u wonerful ppl..Can i also join ur bandwagon in teaching the needy....I dnt knw whether am worth asking that..I would be happy to help if needed and would consider my life's worth if put fr such a noble cause...

Update about SPURTI (Past 5 weeks)
We were able to finish off
1.Simple Equations
2.Quadratic Equations (all most)
3.DI basics -(2002/2003 level+ a lil more)
4.Va-RC basics (approach & some RCs)
5.Logical Deductions
6.Connectives
Next week we are planning to cover
1.Venn Diagrams
2.3-4 sets of DI
3.RC tests/VA exercise...
In all this, 2 people played a major role Hate & Sandya..who were always there to back my absence...
Thanks a ton..Sorry, sorry..as Hate says its our initiative...
Hate wont be there for next 5 weeks..Anybody good at QA/DI can start coming in...

All my study material is going to be with u prem bhai as soon as I get my first convert...
QA and DI I am pathetic with... I am good at VA, but I am apprehensive if I am a good teacher... means if I will be able to transfer any knowledge I have to them correctly...
Nevertheless, I would be very honoured to join, for whatever time I am in Bangalore...
I feel this is the best ever use of the pg website... dont have any words puys...

Hey @prem_ravi, really awesome initiative.. hats off to u yaar.
not sure how much I can be of help, but for what its worth, I can come down and help in some way that you think best fit. I would like to believe that my quant is still upto the mark gave CAT2006 - 96 %ile, focussing on GMAT ever since.

i came to know abt your initiative thru puri.pallavi. you don't know me bhai but i know you....i have read millions of times ppl thanking you for motivation.
to say the least you are doing a great great work....hats off to you and the associated puys.
bhai i myself is an ortho disabled guy..but never considered myself as disabled. i have competed with all the so called 'normal' guys in every field..even when i knew that i would fail.
bhai i would have loved to contribute to spurti but can't because geographical reasons.
and bhai i think what special children need is just motivation and self belief, nothing more than that....we ppl are stereotyped as disabled.
disability is not within us but within ppl who think we are disable.
ppl who are special need someone who can listen to them patiently, who can provide a solution to the problems they are facing. bhai it's more of a mental problem than a physical.
bhai i have started a thread [ http://www.pagalguy.com/forum/cat-an...aspirants.html (A Thread for SPECIAL CAT aspirants) ] just for this reason. where spuys (special puys) can be in touch with other spuys.
such a thread was missing for a long time. only two spuys have posted on the thread,,,i think others are not aware...but i am looking forward to getting many more friends.
