This saturday i went to udyaan along with Rachana. As usual we started off with helping the girls with their studies. Rachana taught aarti while I was helping Rekha and Pratibha. Then we conducted a workshop on carrer options in Fashion Industry. Earliar they were reluctant about it but when i started off with the presentation most of them were present there. One heartening fact about the discussion was that they were showing good interest in the presentation and were constantly asking questions irrespective of their ambitions.
In the presentation, a slide relates their hobbies with the professions in this industry and most of them were pretty enthusiastic about various creative hobbies like painting, drawing, knitting etc.
Pratibha wanted some material on Albert Einstein for her summer home work, so i downloaded few webpages on him and gave to her.
well...thats all for this weekend.
During the coming week, during weekdays i'm planning to conduct an extempore session for them as a continuation to our english speaking workshops.

Hi everybody....Went to Udayan on Saturday. Met Rachna ....was there for hardly 15 min. Got to know abt the place and the set up.....On Sunday i spent good 2-3 hrs...was teaching maths.....will b goin there again today.....same time 3:30pm........

The kids will b not available on the weekend (fri - mon). so me n priyank will b dropping there tomm(wednesday) morn at 10. (some other community ppl r occupying the afternoon-evening slot on weekdays)

we hope to move ahead with the spoken eng workshop tomm. if anybody can join us tomm, pls do drop in.
else u can also go on thursday for tutoring the kids. just reminding once again....do call up n confirm at what time will the kids b available before u get out of ur home in the scorching heat.

Also, it is a good idea to ping me/rachana/priyank/anoop before you want to come to Udayan for the first time. We'll see to it that one of us would be present. This will help us do organized work rather than going there and generally trying to do something.

finally our[moi and abhishek] college is over...so now we are free...if ne of u people plan on coming during this week i can also come..as i have only been there once i would prefer going with someone whos experienced and not alone...

rachana. u said that the girls had to go soemwhere last weekend ...what abt this weekend?? also let us know who all will be coming this saturday?? moi definitely coming this time and not backing out at the last minute
