Re: Mumbai Marathon 2006!!!! :-) - 12-01-2006, 10:02 PM

Hi all,
Apologies for posting so late. Was really tied up. Me just joined procam and working for the marathon. Work going on full swing to make the event a grand success. Hope we have a good number of PGites taking part. Wish you the very best and do pass me the f/b on the event. It would be really helpful for us to know our shortcomings, if any.

Regards,
Amar

Sorry ppl for posting late, wasn't aware that this thread was there. Its great to c pgites coming forward for charity and this event. Would have been great to have more numbers here. But maybe bcoz of fms and other exams, the turnup is lill low.

As for me, am participating in the Full Marathon. Really dont know how i'm gonna complete the distance and in wht time. With couple of days to go, i now feel i should have taken up half marathon(had somehow completed it last year) or better still the dream run.
Anyways jitne door ja sakte hai...utni koshish karenge....

Wish Every1 participating a rocking Sunday !! Run Mumbai Run !!

Cheers'

Didn't knew that the deadline for registration was 15th Dec :( Got to know from my batchmates that the registration has already closed :( :(

I really wanted to be a part of this event... is there any way to still make it?

Find somebody who regd. and does not plan to run and beg/borrow his/her bib number and then run. Its not as devious as it sounds

I don't think it would be a problem. The only problem would be finding someone registered and Not running.

How about Using(read spamming) PG to find the same

Cool! ALL PGJUNTA .. We are all catching up at the Bus Terminus right outside CST Station. The Bus Terminus is bang outside the station if you exit from the side where the long distance trains leave.

We need to be there at 8.20 AM SHARP. We will be meeting the NASEOH folks and also collecting a naseoh tag which we'll be pinning to our tees while running!!

So dont come late, dont miss the bus - be there at 8.20 SHARP. If we are running for naseoh then we all better start together else there is much reduced impact
