I would go with (e).


Anyone can count the seeds in an Apple, but only God can count the number of Apples in a seed.

let the last digit be 0 then
we have atleast 30 three digit numbers
will go with e

Answer: (e)
units digit has to be 0. so we'll have 7 '2' digit and 30 '3' digit positive integers respectively.


Added later: Yet again I've managed to overlook something. Blame it on complacency. Thaks vineet for pointing it out.

2-digit no's itself will be 12, 3 digit no's certainly >6
