Here's how i interpret it sachin..
The min ppl with 2 items for lesser two pair(70,75) is 70+75-100=45
The min ppl with 2 items for bigger pair(80,85) is 80+85-100=65
That is min 45 ppl have item 1 and 2(say) so max ppl who dont have item 1 and 2 is 100-45=55
So min ppl who have all 4=65-55=10 IF IT IS TO BE, IT IS UP TO ME !

This one came in Time last week...
Q > Let (PQRST)base12 be a five digit number in base 12 with distinct non zero digits.All the possible three digits are now formed using the digits of the above number without repetition.What is the quotient when the sum of all such three digits numbers is divided by the sum of the digits of the original number??(Assume all the numbers to be in base 12) Ability is what you're capable of doing...
