Well i hpe u wd have joined a gud preparatory insti for CAT 2009
First at ds stage i wd suggest u to concentrate on d basics as they wd be d 1s dt wd c u thru

Good base of basics alongwd exhaustive practice is what matters in any section.

About GK, start reading a good newspaper thoroughly and dt wd help u for GDs as well as tackling GK section in other tests.

U cd well subscribe for a monthly business magazine .
and yes if d vocab is a prob for u, do go thru WORD POWER MADE EASY by NORMAN LEWIS
