Re: Dates for registering for paid/free mock cats by various institutes -

Ref catgame and sgx100
Since most of us will take the aimcat series (if not now then later anyway), and we decide to take up another test series (say, either simcat or CL), which is also gonna be on a sunday, how do we manage that. Will we be allowed to retake the test on some other day (the corresponding week)?
As sgx put it, what's the trade-off here?
Somebody help...

well i guess someone in this thread said that u can request the people in the TIME to take ur AIMCATS either on a saturday/monday in their office premises. I wl ask them that at the time of getting registered..guess they will pay some heed to it...as most of the PUYS wud be enrolling themelves for more than one test series....

I have gone to a TIME center in Bangalore and the receptionist told me that the AIMCATs for non-time students will cost them (a whopping) 5950/-!
How true is it? She herself was not confident about it when she told me so...

I don't think this can be true. IMS is charging 5900 for it's full correspondence course complete with material, take home tests, etc., and IMS usually is the leader in prices (not the usual way ). So, going by the logic, Time one can't be more than 3k (same applies for CL)

Absolutely ridiculous...
How can they charge 6 grand only for the test series... It must be with the material and stuff maybe...

CL charges 7500 for the correspondence thing ( includes materials + simcats + management compass )
cant understand the logic for this 5900/= odd thing
And the best part...all at the TIME reception always seem lost...JAgoo INdia Jagoo
I have already enrolled for CL...but I guess wl take up TIME mocks too
Lets see
MAybe they have discounts for people who have good previous scores or those who can crack some mock test with a decent score...i suppose +95 tile
Cheers
