personal interview... the pannel wud depend... we will have some uniqeness in the pannel this yr... we will let u know once u r here...

Studies @ Great Lakes are completely based on case studies... but what we try to measure in a potential candidate comes from the process and the assoiated grading we follow...so...

Guys!

Last year for my GD there were 8 candidates and 2 obserers (faculty / student).

Topic was : "Objectivity! What is it?"

The candidates were sensible enough to allow others to make their points and it was really good. We had to give conclusio.

We did one mistake, we didn't listen to the faculty while he said the topic and for most part of the discussion we were not aligned to the topic. We had to do some damage control after that - it was also fun.

PI - was for more than 45 minutes - man was grilled. Prepare well, your profile,your UG course work, current work everything will be questioned.

Would need some help for the next round ...

Some of the question:
1) Do we need to write some essay over there ....
2) How many member in the GD group .... (GD is normal 10-12 speaking then summrization or like that of IIFT ... a 1 hour GD)?
3) How many members in the interview panel?
4) What kind of questions will be asked in PI?
