No idea about Nishit Sinha. But Arun Sharma is really good for the collection he has given. The thought process methodology he follows is very handy, but there are places where answers are either insufficient or not given.

Do get back here when such a situation arises. Either post the questions in the arun sharma thread or PM to me or to my mail.

All the best

Regards,

harish

I guess you should also solve previous year's mock papers .. they are enough resources in themselves.. and you will get too much variety of questions.

Hmmm, the book advertises that every year 70-75% questions from CAT appear from it. The authors have also published question bank which was too good. Hope to see more of the book

Re: Books - 30-08-2009, 11:46 PM

I'm already using quatam CAT by sarvesh Kumar, its a nice book to get you maths skills strong and got loads of questions with alternative answers as well.

Also, I'm using a book by Nishit Sinha for DI/LR. Although the book is filled with some good questions but there are many typing errors in the books, especially in the answer keys. Otherwise, the book is good.

A QUERY:
Although I'm using sarvesh Kumar for Quant, Is there any other book which can be used in the better sense for SNAP/NMAT as these exams have kind of easy yet challenging questions and you got to have a good speed for these exams. So any book specially for SNAP/NMAT

Yea I saw arun sharma....but solutions are needed..that is the only disadvantage of this book.
Any other book falls in the category of snap/nmat?
