Get to know how Industry works -Invite an OMPA member for Dinner -

Hi All,
We are launching another initiative today which is called "Take out an OMPA Member out for Dinner" for the MBA aspirants!
Firstly, what is OMPA?
Old Men PaGaL's Association
Basically this is the set of people who have been on PaGaLGuY for quite some time and most of them have done their MBA and now working in industry. They have lot of experience behind them in terms of specializations, how is life after MBA and they can share other various insights with the current set of aspirants.
So, how do we go about it?
You will find many people on the forums, on various threads like - Repository of Skill Set of PG Junta (Repository of Skill sets of PG Junta : Whom to contact for Career related qns?) or PG OMPACT Oldies ([PG OMPACT] Oldies for CAT 2009!! Go OMPA!!). They usually have the ranks of their colleges displayed against their profile and it will give you an idea where they are coming from.
If you are interested, you can contact the volunteer in your city to get in touch with this OMPA member of your choice and invite him for dinner where you can talk about,
1) Most of your queries answered about life during MBA and post MBA.
2) How different specializations work.
3) Current Industry trends.
4) Their experiences and advice.
I will also request other OMPA members to post their profiles here so that interested aspirants can get in touch with them.
For example, if any aspirant is interested in knowing about how life is in Systems after MBA, you can contact Aarav ( XLRI ) or anuragxp ( IMI Delhi, 2006 ) and invite them for Dinner and get your queries answered.
Few Guidelines
1) Maximum number of people who can invite one OMPA member for Dinner - 8 People
2) The cost of the dinner will be borne by the invitees. You have all the right to negotiate the venue with the OMPA Member but we would prefer it to be a classy place. A happy OMPA member will always be patient with your queries. 
3) The discussions regarding whom to invite, where to invite can take place on the City Meet threads and via PM and on this thread we will just post ideas, experiences and profiles of OMPA members who are available for this initiative. The volunteers ( PG MADCAPZ ) will initiate, coordinate the whole process. 4) You will get 3-4 hours maximum with this OMPA member so please do come with your queries prepared. The more specific you are in your queries, better answers you will get.

Couple of things to note by people who are nominating themselves -
1) This is a serious initiative and when aspirants are inviting you for dinner they expect deeper insights into the industry post MBA or you should have demonstrated experience in the industry you are currently working. So please keep this in mind before nominating yourself.
2) Bakar is not a specialization for which people should invite you for dinner. If you are keen to share that, PG meets are always there.

Others, you keep on rocking..I have invited HarshadK who is into IIM K right now in 2nd year. He is visiting the town on 25th and will be there till 30th. After talking to him, he has given positive signal for the initiative
