Hey,

I want to put forth some living facts

Whenever you plan for a meet, it more often than not happens that fewer people attend than what has been expected.
First of all, all of us need to PM one person (who will definitely turn up for the event and who can be called the coordinator), all the mobile numbers of the people present in this thread.
And about the status of attending the meet should be clearly stated here even if the status is negative or undecided.
If these things are not done, then it results in wastage of time for a few ppl.

Let us keep this in mind before finalising the next meets.

In this case only my time was wasted...and not like I had anything better to do with it as well. Just that I was really looking forward to the session.

Atleast by seeing a few positive posts I guessed a minimum no would turn up.
So, i didnt give any gyan beforehand.

Anyways, its just the starting and it happens most of the times.. since all puys are new to each other.

Hi All,
I have got IMT nagpur call as well i have it on this month 24th In OU.I think most of guys might have got it as well.

I have prepared a list who would be meeting this saturday around 10AM.place would be the same(KVR park).Let me know any concerns on the timings please I am suggesting this time as i would be out of station from Saturday evening.

Did you get in touch with these people and then make the list? Just make sure u confirm it with them, otherwise you are going to make the same mistake that I did. Anyways, if the meet does happen then and there...I'm in.
