The contest is for people who are going to Banagalore for AIPGM meet.
So yes, you are late.
Between, if you can make it to banagalore by tomorrow morning, you can go for the meet. Just follow the thread to get the details.

I think the weathergods in bangalore are quite pleased with the fact that AIPGM is being held in their city. They are so happy that it has rained everyday for past 4 days and they are expected to be in a happy state of mind for the next two days too. So a word of advise to all the puys attending to carry one extra set of clothes with you. Better safe than sorry.
