Only place that I can think of is 'Our place" in banjara hills that can accommodate this many people (if last count to be taken into account). but that would be on an expensive side.

when ever you guys are planning to have a meet, make sure that you post about it in the following thread also.

btw come to think of it meet in ES last time wasn't that bad..i mean the place..we were sitting in one corner,away from that music and got so engrossed in talks that we didnt even bother to eat/drink anything in those 2 hrs...

i suggest lets keep it simple....again the place..its our talks thats more imp..i can even have a meet in a simple cafe with a sutta and irani chai

In that case, you can even use the HUDA WALKWAY stretching from LV PRASAD EYE HOSPITAL almost upto BANJARA RD 12 It is open from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the evenings Just a suggestion
