Since the meet is going to be held in Bangalore, i would like to bring a few things to the notice of the organisers.
25th may is the official date for counting of votes of Karnataka general elections, therefore it would be very difficult to travel in groups in the city, what with all the security arrangements in and around the city.
It would also mean that we will have to make do with a dry AIPGM as getting booze will be difficult.
Therefore i request the organisers and the moderators to take 24-25 may out of the poll and replace it with another suitable date.

Sukrit | The counting of votes will be the last thing affecting the AIPGM meet. Its counting time and not voting time, so be rest assured that there will be any high security throughout the city.. It will be very peaceful as it used to be 
About the booze  its bangalore, where the rivers of booze flow..
May 24-25 are the best dates available in the options.. Before the college openings and after the company or college resignations

I'll land in Bangalore on 24th!! So, I'll be right on time! Would be willing to jump in right away for any help.
Once the logistics are decided, all volunteers can give their phone numbers to 1 person in Bangalore who can then make a team to do all the stuff. I nominate who else but Curtz.
You can't wait for inspiration. You have to go after it with a club
