 Excellent work [b]Prem,Rohit and Apurv [b] on managing to get the sponsorship. The green valley resorts seems like an awesome place There seems to be something in it for everyone. Would have been great if they had an artificial beach as well :P
Btw am trying to dangle the carrot of sponsorship and trying to entice many oldies and some newbies to come for this. But my concern is the numbers right now look 70 plus and the limit is just 80? Is the 70 "confirmed" or "depends-on-which-side-of-the-bed-I-wake-up-that-day" types? I mean can the resort (and budget for those not willing to self sponsor . I am game for self sponsorship ofcourse)) handle if there is an excess? If not then I will have to curtail my canvassing
But having said that I think it is a very fair distribution of the sponsorship amount ( I just estimated a ball park figure ) which does average out cost to-each party. Good job there!
I am not even sure whether I can make for the meet till today as I am trying to get out of the personal commitment that day but things should "hopefully" be ok
But what is the check in time like? 24th afternoon to the 25th afternoon?
