I have attended delhi meets. But this will be big  . Just want to know as this happens to be my first all india PG meet, will like to know:
1. Meet is for how many days?
2. What about accomodation?
3, Total (approx) expenditure

Have voted for all dates in May. However, the May 31 - June 1 period is a bit dicey right now - joining is on 2nd and I sure don't want to miss that. So in case we are back to our home bases on 1st itself, I am in for that date as well...
SIBM Pune & Bangalore will start on 9th June. Should not be a problem for ppl joining the BLR branch, but the Pune branch, and the other Symbi instis...

The meet is for 2 days, accommodation will be taken care of by PG. You might have to pay for part of travel or else we might arrange a bus if there are many people from a nearby city.

Lets make it Bangalore  ....here go my reasons/bakar
1. Proximity to hotspots like Chennai/Hyderabad & to some extent Coimbatore/Cochin/Kozikodhe will make travel easier for quite a lot of people
2. Bangalore itself is a big puy nest so that makes things for that many easier
3. Many puys in Bangy can open their doors for other pags(pagalguy friends )
4.It being peak summer Goa will be scorching hot while Bangy temperature will be 36 C max

We will shortlist one of Goa and Bangalore based on feasibility and if we go for Goa, we will fund most of the the travel for most of the people.
