No the old date was revised and The new opening date for the Bangalore International Airport is 11th May. | I do not have any probs with wonderla but my concerns are -
Puys will be travelling from different cities and would like to settle down at one place at night. Moving them from one place another will be a logistical as well as a uncomfortable affair.
This is why I have been looking out for resorts which can provide us with nice surroundings and activities. Since the daytime will be spent in settling down and heat is also a factor which will result in stress

Hi everybody....
Regarding the place for puys travelling for other cities...there is a resort enroute Bannerghata National Park ..cant recall the exact name but the place was gud enough for a stay with all amenities provided from swimming to indoor games etc...am ready to volunteer though not sure whether wud be able to make it...still wud like to contribute to make it a successful one..

Another famous resort among IT companies is Club Cabana.. www.clubcabana.net.in
The place is little away from the town and the feedback from some of my friends was good. Probably we can get a bulk discount as well.

| ofcourse club cabana is great and also advantage is its near devanahalli so a lot of puys can directly make it there from the airport in no time...

I think the volvo to and fro idea from mumbai to bangalore via pune sounds the best. Only thing is, Mumbai folks might have to go late for work on Monday...
I think a swimming pool is a must.... just for the heck of dunking everyone into it atleast once during the meet

Yay!!! 
It makes royal sense to book a Volvo from Mumbai, via Pune, to Bengaluru, and back ditto.
The thing is - with atleast 10+ puys from Mumbai, and a similar, albeit smaller number, from Pune, we'll be easily able to fill a 40 seater bus about 3/4ths full. If we book tickets on a normal run, that'll make it difficult for us to start the AIPGM madness in the trip itself. Instead, booking a bus from say Neeta or Prasanna Metrolink will be easy - they have their runs all the time. I feel that costs will be lesser if we do such a bulk booking.
And since the dates have been fixed as 24th/25th, I'm in big time, even if expenses are self-funded... the 31st/1st date was dicey for me.

Why dont you try and get an estimate of OnE WaY Expense For a good Bus maybe even a 20-30 Seater with AC (its too hot otherwise) so that us Mumbai and Pune puys can start taking down names and advance money to get things on the way....
Would save us time considering just a month remains....
