Then His Excellency, Kill_the_cat found out these were foreign agents posing as the SPCA. Angered he uttered to them

"Sarfaroshi ki tamanna ab hamare dil mein hai, dekhna hai zor kitna baazu-e-kaatil mein hai"

The agents pissed in their pants and fled. But kill the cat took a pic of one of th eagents and posted it here.
