Since the Plan has garnered votes from both the states unlike our state CMs on cauvery issue, herewith I open a thread for the upcoming Chennai/Bangalore Joint meet...
Guys do come up with dates & suggestions on the venue...
I should be the coordinator for the Bangalore Chapter & ravi (getintoIIMB) has volunteered for the Chennai chapter...
Please confirm your availabilities & do turn up incase you confirm......
So lets start the process... 
Ps: The poll would be closed by 10th march & we will try to finalise the venue then.....

Yelagiri seems to be a very good place.
We can do a trek as well as have fun

I have voted for 1st week of april as most of the junta will be done with there calls and would be a gr8 way to unwind.
I m unavailable from march 27th to april 2nd as off to delhi to help conduct GT/PI for incoming batch of 2010.

Most of us have bikes/ Cars ..So a nice way of going on our vehicles for 2/3 hours for a PG meet...

Also if the meet is on Sunday i mite be able to chip in

We can leave around 5 am in the morning from Chen/Blore and drive down to reach by around 8-9 am..
Proposals from my side for events 
1) Start off the meet with some booze for soham/ravi and some elani for me
2) Cricket match between Chennai and Blore - No holds barred - Diablo umpire
3) Kabbadi
4) Bath in the river for interested - if its safe ..I dunno to swim anyways..
5) Lunch
....
Pls pour in suggestions..
Arent we having too many options in this poll..Skews our votes as they are gonna number only 25 max.. ? Everyone might choose some some odd date and the majority might not be too far away from the minority... ?? Prem ?

guess i got to be more active on PG ..
ok a few things we need to get clarified...first of all are all the junta over with the GD/PI by 23rd march??i see 2 ppl who have voted for 23rd march..few ppl have IIM-C interviews on 23rd..so i guess 29th or 30th march is a valid option..that is y i voted for 29th march..
regarding phantom's agenda
elani for u??im sure ul be the first to drink and get high..ROTFL!!! ..anywayz jokes apart..i thinki n a week or 2 vl see the poll results and decide..most important is we need to have the maximujm number of guys..so lets plan according to that..guys who are voting on this thread pls also post ur GD/PI dates so that we can plan for the meet..
transport wont be a problem i guess ...
I think puys having cars can pick up the puys who stay nearest to them and we can probably meet at some common junction and proceed to yelagiri..this viggy will take care ....
me and soham will get the booze from parson complex  ..
Bglore junta can get booze from their place and put it in prem's car ..
