All India PG Meet-2007 Celebrations at Alibaugh, Mumbai on 2/3 June sponsored by IMS -

UPDATE - Meet postponed to June 2 and 3, as most IIM alumni meets are on May 26
Helloa puys!!!
After lot of deliberations, discussions and amazing enthusiasm by Hyderabad and Bangalore guys, Mumbai has been chosen as the venue for AIPGM - 2007.
Without much ado,here is the plan -
June 2
1. Everyone gathers at Gateway of India at 1130 am to catch Alibaugh ferry
2. We reach Alibaugh at 1330 and settle into hotel and have lunch by 1530
3. Spend day at Alibaugh and Kihim beaches, interaction and introduction between puys
4. Evening celebrations start - few of the activities -
a> Pillow fighting
b> Dumb Charadz
c> Kho - Kho
d> Chain - chain
e> Dog and the bone
f> Skits and dramas esp prepared for the PG junta
g> Refreshments 
etc etc
all these games will extend late into the night.
June 3
1. Leave for Korlai Fort and Kashid Beach at 7 am
2. Spend day exploring beaches and forts
3. Return to Alibaugh by 4 pm, check out of hotel
4. Reach Mumbai by 6 pm, disembark.
We will have volunteers to make sure that everything goes on smoothly.Since the plan is finalised now, I will be contacting few corporates for sponsorship, and its my promise that I will try to cut down the expenses for everyone, esp, Puys coming down from other cities.Any help in gathering sponsorships is extremely welcome.
so lets more crazy plans during the meet
Now , what we need?
We need to know how many people are coming, more suggestions and ideas to make this a great event!! So lets rock !!!

Most probably I wont be able to make it..... June 1 is moi last day at moi workplace... coming to Mumbai on the 19-20 wala weekend.. so this looks like a miss from moi... Wanted to attend one so badly.

I have to be here in MUmbai cause the IIM INDORE FRESHERS cum SLUMNI MEET IS ON 26th MAY Evening! ( I know Its a commitment I cant ignore)
