I second what Kondapalli and Fabio have said in their posts.......
My attempt at defining pressure

. Please feel free to groan your heart out.
There is only so much I can do to prove I studied in the same college as Chuck

Mathematically
performance in CAT = (1/toughness off the paper)^pressure
where toughness > = 1 ( 1= easy and and a higher nuumber denoting more toughness) and pressure > = 1 ( 1
denoting a stable mind free of pressure )
=> performance = ( 1 or a fraction) ^ (
a number greater than one means undue pressure on self)
=> performance becomes a smaller value or
performance suffers.
Toughness is out of your control and
pressure is totally under your control. So keep that value minimum if you you want to perform well.
Wish you all the very best in CAT.
