Chennai PG meet on 30th SEP!!

Well so many meets at different cities and none at Chennai ,
Bahut Nainsaafi hai

!!!

So guys lets meet up in someplace in one of the weekends to come. I have created a poll with the dates. Kindly mark your preferences.

Please pour

in your suggestions regarding the venue/dates or anything you may want to add (read spam

)

Lets all join hands

and make this meet a grand success!

Ps-I had to create a seperate thread cos the previous one is too vague about the dates and i am gonna leave chennai soon, so wanted to arrange a meet before that.

Hey no hard feelings dude... But why start another thread just for a more exact poll? We were discussing about the meet dates here in any case...

15th is fine by me, but it's a wee too close to the supposed date of release of the IIM results... Don't know if junta like prahalad85, Baby, ajithsmiles , stormrage etc expecting results will be interested in a PG meet this close to the IIM results.

My suggestion: Let's meet on the 21st of April. All those who are in favour of this please Aye! If a substantial part of the populace cannot make it on this day, then we will shift it to the 22nd. If that is also not possible, then next weekend, etc.

And guys who haven't PMed me your numbers, please do so... It's the only way I can coordinate this better

@Chuck...Since you have almost finalised the date, why dont zero in on the Venue. Here are a few suggestion from my side:

1. CCD, IIT Madras(cheaper when compared to normal CCDs)
2. Ascndas IT park....It has a food court and lot of space to seat and make us comfortable. It has KFC, CCD, Barista, Pizza hut and lot many choices to choose from

well i hope the pg meet is after the 4th of may then only we will be able to attend it because we have our semester exams till then

chuck please do sms me when you have finalized the date. there will atleast 2 guys plus jhaji if the meet is after the 4th of may

@chuck before you leave for ahmedabad i will return you your stuff.

p.s. please have it in may i dont want to miss this opportunity to meet studs like mridul, ajith etc. (chuck i have met you already

1. IIT Madras is a good venue... We can take photos with the deer

2. I'm not a fan of the Ascendas place... Too damn long and boring to get there

3. I'm still with Chennai Citi Center in Mylapore. Easily accessible, good food court, amazing seating space.

4. 04th of May seems to be the new catcall from the Satyabhamites. Is this okay with the rest of the junta? Anyone who will not be able to make it on this day?

. any venue is fine (except ascendas) with me as long as i get the treats

I vote for IIT Madras and 2nd preferance as City centre. Well, my exams are finishing on 3rd May, and if my summers(internship) doesnt start early, count me in. Ill update you peopl as soon as I get to know my Date!!

im fine wid the 4th of may

..any place is fine..IIT madras CCD is a good place..moi studied in the IIT campus as a school student in the school inside(Vana vani matricualtion)

..dint have the brains to do a B tech from IIT

Count me too with no bars at all i.e. (anytime-anywhere)

.............as looks like this new MNC has recruited me with absolutely no agenda!! Its already a week in chennai now and daily my Boss/HR head ends up suggesting some or the other BEACH to chill

Neways hope will get some work soon but till then m game with even a chennai meet with Pondichery as the venue!
